Terms and Conditions
- The product pricing reflected on this Quotation is valid for 24 hours or while stock lasts. Pricing and Stock levels are subject to change without prior notice.
- A deposit of 90% is payable. No stock will be reserved without full upfront payment. Once the deposit is reflected in the bank account a date and time for the installation will be confirmed. Any and all outstanding amounts must be paid within 24 hours of completion of the installation.
- Stock will only be released once payment is reflected in our bank account.
- Quotation may be amended should latent defects be discovered during installation or should prices of material increase considerably. • The product will be delivered to the installation address within 5 working days after the deposit has been received (dependent on stock availability) and an installation date has been agreed to by both parties.
- Upon acceptance of the quotation by the client, Hyper Solar will perform the services described in the estimated quotation. Any additional services requested by the client that are not covered by the estimated quotation will incur additional charges. Any additional costs will be quoted and presented to the client for approval before any work commences.
- Hyper Solar shall not accept any liability for defects in existing installations or in respect of any work or alterations made by any other party to any electrical installations whether it be additions to the current installation or removal of any electrical-related services, goods, or parts during or after the work has been completed.
- Hyper Solar shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to property, materials, or injuries to individuals caused by the personal actions of the client or other household members, guests, or staff before, during, or after such works have been carried out.
- Hyper Solar shall not be liable for any damages of any kind for delayed or non-performance if such delayed or non-performance is due directly or indirectly to:
- An Event of Force Majeure, defined herein as including acts of God, acts of public enemies, fires, floods or unusually severe weather conditions, strikes, lockouts, disputes with workmen or other hostilities, embargoes, wars, riots or civil disturbances, epidemics or quarantine restrictions.

- Hyper Solar’s quoted delivery/installation schedule represents its best estimate and is based on current schedules and workload.
- Site development plans will only be issued after the deposit is paid at an additional cost of R5500. Hyper Solar has the right to deviate from the site development plan to prevent structural or compliance conflicts. The installation will be done according to SANS 10142 regulations.
- According to regulation, the onus rests upon the property owner to ensure that any changes/alterations to the current roof structure must be signed off by a Civil Engineer and ensure that the area where the inverters will be installed must comply with Fire Regulations of a 2.5hrs fireproof area.
- Hyper Solar is indemnified from any liability from structural claims.
- All installations done by Hyper Solar include a 5-year installation warranty together with a Solar Certificate of Compliance (SCOC).
- A SCOC will only be issued when a valid ECOC is presented, and the electrical installations are compliant according to SANS regulations.
- All products supplied by Hyper Solar have a factory warranty based on the individual product. Any changes made by the client to any equipment outside of the manufacturer’s suggested settings may cause the warranty to lapse. Hyper Solar cannot be held responsible for any lapse of warranty.
- A late payment fee of R75 per month will be charged on overdue accounts.
- Accounts older than 60 days will be handed over for collection.
- It is the responsibility of the client to ensure full connectivity to their Wi-Fi (at the location where the inverter will be installed) as well as the setup of their Wi-Fi system. Should a range extender be required it will be the client’s responsibility to obtain such. In the event that the Wi-Fi setup/modem/router does not allow connection to the inverter, it will be the responsibility of the client to manage this with their internet service provider.
- No payments may be withheld due to any of the circumstances.
